10:12am - 18 holes golf

16:00pm - 2 course meal in the Warren room (requested)

Menu - Main Course

• Chilli and lime chicken supreme with crushed sweet potato and plum tomato sauce

or

• Sumac salmon supreme with dauphinoise potato and tahini herb cream served with seasonal vegetables

Vegetarian option:

Ratatouille hot pot topped with sweet potato and parmesan

Dessert

Red wine poached pears with vanilla ice cream
